WHO IS ANGELINA?

EXECUTIVE COACH.

social entrepreneur.

investor &advisor.

community builder.

Darrisaw believes that access to the right coaching and guidance precedes anyone’s next level of success, but far too many professionals remain underdeveloped. That’s why she’s on a mission to work within our world’s largest organizations to make coaching and training accessible to all talent so they can unlock the career, business, and economic opportunities their skills deserve.

Darrisaw drives this mission forward through active community leadership, including as a Vital Voices New York council member, a

Steering Committee member for Alvin Ailey’s Young Patrons, a MOMA Black Art Council member, a Founding Futurist for Studio Museum of Harlem, and Vice President of Davidson’s NY Alumni Chapter.

As a business strategist, Darrisaw is attracted to opportunities to innovate and is routinely drawn to new business areas where information is limited, infrastructure is in progress, and the guiding processes, protocols, and best practices have yet to be established. Early in her career, she served as a business analyst at ESPN and quickly stood out when she proactively tackled the media company’s burgeoning strategy around authenticated content and digital distribution. Later at Viacom, she continued her rise through the ranks as she worked at the forefront of new media. There she hunted for compelling ways for the company to monetize online and was on the front lines of developing their approach to social television.

After having her career transformed with the support of an executive coach, Darrisaw set out to build her coaching skills. She studied Learning, Development and Coaching formally at NYU’s School of Professional Studies where she gained a comprehensive understanding of coaching theory, research, methodology, and techniques.

In 2015, Darrisaw founded C-Suite Coach to build & improve workplace cultures. At C-Suite Coach, Darrisaw’s team has scaled to over 50 passionate professionals who work to make career advancement more accessible. Together, they design and manage a robust slate of coaching, content, and training programs across some of the world’s most exciting companies. To date, C-Suite Coach has been designated a Tier 1 Supplier to Google, with longstanding partnerships across several business units, and recognized as Most Valuable Diverse Supplier to Major League Baseball.  In the past 8 years, Darrisaw has led her C-Suite Coach team to develop tens of thousands of employees as a trusted partner to Wix, Wayfair, Warner Music Group, and Salesforce among others.

A highly sought-after media expert, Darrisaw is frequently called on by the media to offer her unique take on creating inclusive workplace cultures. She’s been featured and quoted by The New York Times. Fast Company, Forbes, CNBC, Refinery29Essence.  and countless other business outlets. An award-winning entrepreneur, she’s been named to both Black Enterprise 40 Under 40 and Forbes Next 1000 Lists in recognition of her entrepreneurial innovations, business achievements, and career-long commitment to developing leaders of color.
