When Raquel Oden gives you a strategy, you listen.
I was recently connecting with Raquel Oden, a woman I admire deeply for her leadership and vision. We were discussing the shifting landscape of business in 2025, and she gave me a clear piece of advice:
"You need to be at Kim Blackwell’s ExcelerareHer conference."
She described it as a nexus for women business owners to find new strategies amidst the noise. So, I went. And she was right.
Kim has curated a unique ecosystem. It is a blend of traditional business owners, creators, and influencers, and that mix is exactly where the modern market is moving.
I walked away with:
Tactical Financial Acumen: Deep dives into building wealth, not just revenue.
Male Allyship: Hearing directly from male leaders about the work they are doing to support women in the workplace was a refreshing and necessary dialogue.
Coaching: Real-time adjustments for the road ahead.
2025 required a different playbook. I am grateful to Kim Blackwell for providing the space to write it, and to Raquel for pointing me toward the room. I can’t make it this year, but I know anyone who does will come away with the strategies for today’s playbook.
