The Hard Truth About Growing a YouTube Channel (and Why We’re Doing It Anyway)

Our C-Suite Coach team is constantly having rich internal discussions about leadership, workplace culture, innovation, and multi-generational workplaces. But we realized that for our growth and also for our mission to be met, those powerful conversations couldn't be confined to our Google Meets and client calls alone.

Finding space to talk about the work is hard to find space for! Additionally, creating videos and putting our voices out there was challenging, and sometimes still is (have you ever tried recording yourself for a few hours?). Yet, seeing our YouTube channel jump from 70 to over 2,300 subscribers (have you subscribed yet? https://youtube.com/@csuitecoach?si=jUZx4EIhMpMMb7Vq ) in just a quarter has been encouraging and drives us to keep having these candid conversations for broader communities.
