In celebration of our decade in business, C-Suite Coach curated a truly special night with Zero Bond featuring a provocative conversation on the future of leadership with PepsiCo's Chief People Officer Becky Schmitt and an unforgettable performance that left us all with chills by Grammy award winning artist Melanie Fiona.

Becky, whose leadership inspired us all, offered a sharp vision for the future of leadership. The key takeaways: the accelerated pace of change demands creative and innovative leaders who are willing to unlearn and relearn. We must create space to experiment and fail fast and understand that vulnerability—not perfection—is the foundation of trust. Leaders must intentionally decide who they want to be in all facets of life to stay grounded and effective. Thank you so much Becky for sharing space and celebrating with us.

Then Melanie shared her talents, which are truly undeniable. She is a gift and what people enjoyed almost as much as her incredible singing is the storytelling of her own journey in leadership.

The core belief remains that people power everything and are central to organizational success. As workplaces continue to shift and organizational values evolve, our transformative work, focused on developing leaders and creating cultures that truly matter, becomes increasingly vital.

I had a lot of mixed feelings about celebrating because this year has been one of the most challenging since business began, but my good friend Brooke reminded me that this is a moment only 34% of businesses who start even get to see.

I’m incredibly grateful to our loyal clients and our entire community for helping C-Suite Coach make a decade. This was an acknowledgment of a decade spent proving that through determination and hard work, a belief instilled by my family, anything is achievable.

The celebration was named "The Next Ten" because we recognize we're only scratching the surface of our potential. C-Suite Coach is positioned for continued growth and impact in the coming decade. We are ready to continue leading the charge in creating better leaders and more purposeful workplaces.
