C-Suite Coach Delivered Almost 5000 Small Business Workshops For 1 Client

C-Suite Coach built a delivery model that facilitated almost 5000 small business workshops to over 357,000 small business owners for a Global Tech giant client across 8 years. 


Since 2018, my firm, C-Suite Coach, has had the privilege of operating the Grow with Google Coaches program. As this chapter of our work begins to close, I’ve been reflecting on what it actually takes to build and lead a human capital engine of this magnitude.


Institutional leadership is measured in the strength of the foundation you leave behind. The receipts of our tenure speak to that scale: more than 4,900 workshops delivered to over 357,000 small business owners nationwide.


On a personal level, this journey cemented me as a master facilitator. While operating and managing the program with Kenroy Tyrell (the best copilot I could have asked for - thank you Kenroy!), I also participated in the delivery. I personally delivered hundreds of workshops to over 90,000 of those leaders. At that volume, you learn that effective leadership is an act of translation. It requires a specific ability to sit with audiences of varying digital proficiency and demystify the intimidating, moving them from a place of uncertainty to a place where tools like AI become useful, practical assets that drive their businesses forward.


Sitting in the seat of my coaches, who facilitated many more workshops than I did annually, gave me a great sense of understanding and made for some powerful train-the-trainer sessions over the last 8 years. 


Leading this work meant building an infrastructure that could support:

  • Managing a nationwide roster of up to 20 coaches through three distinct business unit changes with minimal turnover to keep community relationships strong.

  • Scaling the team from 8 to 20 coaches in the middle of a global pandemic.

  • Strategic prioritization of Black, Latine, and Indigenous ecosystems to intentionally close the digital divide from 2017 - 2023.

  • Maintaining a workshop satisfaction rate consistently above 95%.

  • Adapting quickly to meet the moment. In 2025, as AI became a must-have skill for today’s business owner, we offered live tactical AI training to nearly 31,000 small business owners. 


Beyond the data, the true ROI was in the resilience of the community. We worked with hundreds of partners to reach businesses that were fighting to stay afloat through the pandemic, navigating the aftermath of the California wildfires, and pivoting through countless economic shifts.

Leading this work while managing countless other scaled programs stretched me as a leader and has been the crucible that shaped me as the Renaissance CEO I am today. It taught me that to lead at the highest level, you have to master being a bridge between global enterprise clients, your dedicated team, and the community you aim to support.
