Team Offsites to Focus on Strategic Goals

Since C-Suite Coach has been mostly hybrid since the pandemic, one thing we do consistently is leverage quarterly offsites for relationship building, checking in on strategic goals, reinforcing the values we want in our company culture, and brainstorming new ideas. This offsite was particularly special, as we were joined by one of our coaches Gretchen Larsen, all the way from France to lead this quarter. As a leader, it was a huge lift to trust her to work with our team to build an agenda that would drive the business forward. I was really proud to see my team need minimal input from me. It also helped to have another voice in the room to challenge us to look at things differently. We left jazzed up and I am feeling especially reenergized after quality and purposeful time with my team.
