Teeing Up Success: Inside the First Movers Club's C-Suite Golf Event

Brooke Ellis and I joined forces to host our first First Movers Club event, an intimate experience for a dynamic group of C-Suite executives. The First Movers Club is all about where culture and performance converge. It is designed to foster presence, connection, and play, all while sharpening our strategic thinking and building meaningful relationships. As nearly 90% of Fortune 500 CEOs play golf, it's clear this is where trust is built, relationships deepen, and influence grows.

We kicked off the day with a powerful brunch discussion, exploring avenues and decision-making for investing in innovative businesses, the art of opportunity creation for small businesses in these unprecedented times, and the crucial importance of supporting women founders. Full from a powerful discussion and a beautifully curated menu, we dived into an engaging golf clinic. Beyond learning a lot about the fundamentals of golf, improving our swings, practicing the right power for the distance (and perhaps discovering some hidden talents!), the real magic happened in the conversations.
