The Mother of AI Conference was INCREDIBLE!

Many thanks to The Mom Economy, Brittany Valdes, and Hannah Wong for having me at the Mother of AI Conference! I was so proud that my session on advanced AI prompting really resonated with the crowd. I lead trainings on AI almost weekly and sometimes I can forget that what feels very familiar to us can be absolutely groundbreaking to others. So much of the conversation around AI focuses on what it is and how it's being generally used, but for business owners, what truly matters are clear, useful examples that make a tangible difference in their day-to-day operations.

If you are using AI just for email drafts, you are missing out on a huge opportunity.

My Two Core Takeaways for Streamlining Operations

  1. A Good Prompt = Instant Expert Hire: A well-designed prompt helps you build faster and more effectively by giving you expert consultation on demand. For my team, that means instructing a tool like Gemini to act as an "EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Expert" or a "Level 10 Meeting Facilitator." This small shift has been a driver in creating Role Clarity, helping to identify new systems for Accountability and Ownership on projects, and ultimately, alleviating places where I would have otherwise had to hire an expensive consultant.

I've also leveraged the "EOS Expert" persona in Gemini to evaluate my existing tech stack, highlighting redundancies and missed feature opportunities, which directly helps me decide where to cut costs and drive efficiency. This is how you leverage AI to systematically reduce your business complexity.

  1. Reinforce Autonomy Through Centralized Knowledge: AI can be leveraged to empower your team to find answers immediately. We’ve used tools like NotebookLM to ingest and centralize all our internal research, client notes, and strategic documents, turning that knowledge into a private, queryable database. This saves time, while reinforcing autonomy and ownership by giving everyone direct access to the "source of truth."

Overall, the energy at the conference was incredible! Ana Monga’s gave a powerful keynote, challenging us to think more about the future of AI in the workplace and the role each of us can play. According to Mckinsey&Co, only 1% of business leaders call their companies "mature" in AI deployment, but 92% of companies plan to increase their AI investments over the next three years, showing the urgency of strategic adoption.

Patrice Poltzer and Vee Uhlendorf of MyStoryProAI offered an incredible focus on storytelling and human connection. They showed us how AI isn't meant to replace the human voice, but to facilitate and amplify it.

The biggest mistake we can make is limiting AI to just generating content. We need to be using these tools for expansive collaboration, operational clarity, and high-level strategy. Thanks again to The Mom Economy and Grow With Google for giving me space to share here!
