During an interview process, hiring managers frequently include team members that would be peer colleagues for the incoming candidates. This allows candidates to have more candid and honest conversations with the team members they'd be working most closely with. Still, it is an interview and candidates need a strategy to ensure they are putting their best presentation forward. 

 

Angelina emphasizes sharing accomplishments without getting competitive. Candidates should show their value carefully, without comparisons to the peer interviewers accomplishments. Tone and word choice will be important in achieving this balance.
