On Thursday February 28th, Angelina packed her bags, headed to JFK and boarded a plane to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit.
Throughout the weekend there were numerous speaker events that focused on owning your moment, discussing race and gender inequality in the workplace and leveling up early! The Women of Power Summit was graced by speakers such as Chaka Khan, Cynthia Marshall, Vashti Murphy McKenzie, Alice Walker, Kamala Harris and Stacey Abrams to name a few.
This was the first year Angelina was on the advisory board for the Women of Power Summit, as well as a moderator for the "They Got Now: What it Takes to Level Up Early" talks with Daraiha Greene, Mayra Ocampo and Marlowe Williams. Following the speaking engagements, attendees were encouraged to explore the conference shopping area where they were the first to procure her new line of stationery cards and affirmations!
Black Enterprise was a monumental summit that showcased how powerful women can be and educated attendees on the importance of making your presence known in professional and personal relationships.
